Amanda applies her experiences and training in Compassion, Focusing, Internal Family Systems, and Positive Intelligence to go even deeper with her clients. Her clients value her ability to remain compassionate, energizing, and supportive while challenging and strengthening their mental models to make continual progress towards creative and actionable ways forward.
Amanda is a graduate from the Adler Graduate Professional School. She holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation as a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is an Executive Coach with McMaster University’s School of Medicine Bridging Leaders Program, their Advanced Leadership Program, and with Fora: Network for Change Rise on Board’s Program. She is an Executive and Team Coach on roster with Epiphany Coaches and Leadership Intelligence, and the Graduate School Alliance for Education in Coaching (GSAEC). She currently teaches and designs courses at Conestoga College’s School of Business and within McMaster University’s Bachelor of Health Sciences Program. She is an Affiliate Partner with Tilt365 Academy, certified in the Tilt365 Suite and the Leadership Circle Profile, and proficient with over 20 psychometric tools.
A former healthcare and higher education leader in large and complex institutions. Amanda was awarded the Proficiency in Focusing Award and is an Associate Member of The International Focusing Institute. Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Management of Innovation and a Bachelor of Honors in Psychology and Human Behavioral Biology – now Neuroscience - from the University of Toronto.
